I offer personal training services in Middleton and surrounding communities in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia.

How to get started
When you are ready to change your body and improve your health I will book an appointment for you for a personal and confidential consultation with myself. A full client assessment of goals, exercise habits, lifestyle choices and medical history will be discussed, This allows Cathy to get a start on your fitness plan before the first personal training session.

Structured appts provide accountability as you watch your progress and learn effective training strategies.

    As determined by goals of client assessments include Body fat composition, flexibility testing, muscle strength, and cardio capability
  • One on One Consulting:
    A consultation to discuss goals and program setting, instruction to correct exercise techniques
  • Instructions to Various Components of Fitness:
    Focusing on clients goals and exercise history all components of fitness are practiced including balance and core stability.
  • Resource with current health and fitness developments:
    Active member of Canadas Ftiness Professionals and Canadian Society Exercise Physiology active leaders in exercise science, with literature received monthly
  • Effective Workouts:
    Correct instruction and demonstrations on patterns of movement, including Frequency, intensity, type of exercise and time required to achieve results.
